Multi-award winning theatrical spectacle to spend Christmas in London

-- /EPR NETWORK/ -- Tony-award winning stage extravaganza ‘Slava's Snowshow' has been a hit in 80 cities around the world, including Paris, New York and Moscow. It's already been a huge success in the UK, and returns in 2012 for a special Christmas in London run at the Southbank Centre's Royal Festival Hall.

Dubbed ‘a visual masterpiece' by critics, the combination of clowning theatrics, stunning sets and pyrotechnic visual effects will run at for three weeks, from December 17th until January 7th. The show is the brainchild of Slava Polunin, the titular star described as ‘the best clown in the world'. His seasonal clown spectacular was celebrated by The Times as ‘a theatre classic of the 20th Century.'

Aimed at everyone above the age of 8, ‘Slava's Snowshow' has to be seen to be understood. Audiences are taken on a bizarre ride through a dream-like world, culminating in a snow blizzard which leaves the crowd knee deep in a theatrical drift.

Tickets for the show cost £20-£49.50, with premium seats offered at £65. Bookings are available through LondonTown.com, the capital's go-to website for local events, information and hotel rooms. The site is also offering special hotels deals for Christmas in London, with many of the discounted rooms within walking distance of the Royal Festival Hall.
